Account & Contact details

Description: Since we have a multiprotocol client the “contact info” issue becomes much more complex than showing a popup, containing the id, the name, birth date, etc. bref all user details. We could imagine a meta contact that wraps an icq contact, a jabber contact and even two sip contacts. How we would organise the information we have for this meta contact to show to the user the details in an understandable and not confusing way? Which details should be showed by a protocol and which ones should be shown only ones? For example one one side we have the exact identifier for each sub contact and on the other side we have the birth date, which we imagine stays the same because we have the same person there.

With account details we face the same problems as with the contact info. But here we should think of the possibility to let user enter and modify its own details.
